Prior to starting her own consulting firm in 2003, Jen was a senior organizational development consultant at Clarica (now Sun Life Assurance Company) and held various human resources leadership roles at Schneider Foods. She holds a M.A. degree in Leadership and Training, a B.A. degree in psychology, a diploma in Human Resources Management, has undergone intensive training in Erickson and Organization Relationship Systems coaching methods and is qualified to administer numerous psychometric assessments and organizational development instruments and tools.
